1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of urbanwear.store and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Gulliksrud UrbanWear is registered in Norway with organisasjonsnummer 836336992 MVA.

2. Products and authenticity All graded cards sold by Gulliksrud UrbanWear are professionally authenticated and graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) or other recognized grading authorities. Grades and certifications are issued by the grading company and not by Gulliksrud UrbanWear. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding grading opinions.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Returns and refunds Due to the nature of collectibles and graded items, all sales are final unless the item received differs materially from its description. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly described item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

5. Shipping Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. We take great care in packaging collectibles securely, but we are not liable for damage caused by carriers after dispatch.

6. Intellectual property All content on this website, including images and descriptions, is the property of Gulliksrud UrbanWear unless otherwise stated.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
